Cancellation & Refunds
Last updated August 25, 2026
Cancel any time. Your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge you again after you cancel.
How to cancel
Sign in and open your library, then choose Manage membership at the top of the page. That opens your billing page, where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. You can also update your card or download past receipts there.
If you would rather a person did it, email glakehilljr@gmail.com from the address on your membership and we will cancel it and confirm by reply. There is no phone tree, no retention offer, and no form to fill out.
What happens next
- Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for — the rest of the month on a monthly plan, the rest of the year on a yearly one.
- On that date, billing stops and the library closes to you. Your account, and the places you had marked in each book, are kept in case you come back.
- You are never charged again after you cancel. There is nothing further to do.
Refunds
Because you keep access for the full period you paid for, we do not issue partial refunds for time remaining on a membership.
That said, we are a ministry before we are a business. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or something went genuinely wrong, write to us and we will make it right. We would rather refund an honest mistake than keep money that was not meant for us.
Free access
One complete book in the library is free to read and hear with any account, with no membership and no card. If cost is what stands between you and the rest of the shelf, write to us and say so.
Price changes
If we change the price of a membership, the change applies to renewals after we have told you, never to a period you have already paid for. Founding members who joined at a locked rate keep that rate for as long as their membership runs without interruption.
