Terms of Service

Last updated August 25, 2026

These terms cover your use of The Library, the digital reading room of Glake Hill Ministries LLC. Using the site means you accept them.

Your account

You need an account to read or listen. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at glakehilljr@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it. One account is for one person.

Membership and billing

What your membership gives you

A membership is a personal, non-transferable licence to read and listen to the catalogue for as long as it is active. It is access, not ownership: you are not buying copies of the books.

Please do not:

Pages served to you carry an invisible marker tied to your account, and we keep a record of what was opened. This is how we trace material that ends up somewhere it should not be. Quoting a passage in a sermon, a class, a study group, or a review is welcome and always has been — that is what the books are for.

What belongs to whom

The books, workbooks, audiobook recordings, cover art, and the site itself remain the property of Glake Hill Ministries LLC and its author. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.

Ending things

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that redistributes the catalogue, shares access, or attempts to break the site — and where the breach is serious we may do so without a refund. We would always rather write to you first.

Availability

We work to keep the library open and the catalogue growing, but we do not promise the site will be available without interruption, and titles may be added or withdrawn over time. The service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires of us. Our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will email members rather than let them find out by accident.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States.
